The popular apartments in the PRIVÀ Alpine Lodge Lenzerheide can now also be purchased. Thanks to a well-thought-out concept, Buy to Use & Let, discerning buyers not only have the opportunity to use a unique residence at their preferred time, but also the prospect of an attractive return.

After the purchase, PRIVÀ will take over the maintenance, management and letting of the apartments just as before. With active marketing and dynamic pricing, the operating company aims to achieve maximum occupancy and rent the apartments at the best possible price. All rental income will be pooled together and is distributed among the owners according to the value ratio after deduction of costs.

Own occupancy is four weeks per year - of which a maximum of two weeks are in the high season. The use of your own apartment is guaranteed if you book in due time - at least twelve months in advance.

A Village With Character

Idyllically arranged around a central square, the PRIVÀ Alpine Lodge forms a charming village with plenty of character. All the buildings are based on the traditional architectural style of the region and therefore blend seamlessly into the surroundings.

The 10 larger residential buildings (A to J) offer space for a total of 90 apartments with different layouts and furnishings. The three chalets on the southern edge of the resort (K to M) are each divided into two sections (6 apartments in total).

All buildings have direct access to the underground parking garage and are equipped with their own ski room. The resort also has a reception with a mini-market, a restaurant with bar and fireplace lounge, a children‘s club, a sports store, and its own indoor pool and fitness room.
